Another project I have been involved with is Interactive Squash, a solution that brings the entire Squash court to life using the entire playing surface as interaction with fans, players and alike.
The Court can become interactive within match play measuring balls hitting speeds and adding graphics – it is very much like playing in a holographic projection.
The innovation can be great for kids who just want to have fun with a hundred possibilities and of course at major events, the canvass of the court provides marketing opportunity to the sport and sponsors.
This is very much a hybrid between traditional sport and the esport generation and offers a number of possibilities for a number of sports including badminton.
